3、Process parameters

①Pre-bake tide: 80 ~ 110 ℃ bake for 1 hour。
②Impregnation: The workpiece is cooled to below 60 ° C, immersed in the paint tank for 2 to 15 minutes until there is no bubble。
③Drop paint: room temperature drop paint 30 to 60 minutes.
④Curing conditions: the workpiece into the cold oven, the oven gently heated to the curing temperature, according to the table time insulation, drying up.

4、Precautions

Insulating paint for flammable and explosive materials, should pay attention to safety before use.
