1、Product composition and characteristics
YA811 paint is composed of epoxy resin, curing agent, thinner and other components of the two-component impregnated insulating paint. Composition ratio of 1: 1, heat-resistant grade B (130). YA811 paint with good impregnation, curing temperature is low, fast drying, film tough, bright, excellent insulation properties, moisture and other characteristics.
2、use
It is suitable for fast drying or continuous immersion of small motor coil and electrical coil, such as air conditioner motor, fan motor, water pump motor, power tool motor (stator), small transformer, etc., suitable for closed small motor.
3、Process parameters
Pre-bake tide: 80 ~ 110 ≧ bake for 1 hour。
Impregnation: The workpiece is cooled to below 60 ° C, immersed in the paint tank for 2 to 15 minutes until there is no bubble。
Drop paint: room temperature drop paint 30 to 60 minutes.
∠Curing conditions: the workpiece into the cold oven, the oven gently heated to the curing temperature, according to the table time insulation, drying up.
4、Precautions
Insulating paint for flammable and explosive materials, should pay attention to safety before use. Dip paint the workpiece baking, the oven to stay out of the exhaust channel, in the process of warming oven door can open a seam, insulation can not be locked. Try to use no open flame heating source.
